Before and after school clubs

What clubs and activities are available for children?

At Christleton Primary School, we aim to provide children with a varied range of clubs and enrichment activities beyond their usual classroom learning.

Some activities take place during the school day, including at lunchtime, while others are offered after school.

The clubs available may change during the year depending on the time of year, staff availability and opportunities provided by external organisations. Information about current clubs, including how to register, will be shared with parents and carers.

Is before and after-school childcare available?

Yes. Wraparound childcare is available onsite and is provided by S4YC.

The morning session begins at 7:45am. At the appropriate time, S4YC staff ensure that children are taken safely to their classrooms ready for the start of the school day.

At the end of the school day, children attending S4YC are collected from their classrooms and taken to the after-school provision.

The after-school session runs from the end of the school day at 3:20pm until 6:00pm.

How do I find out more or book wraparound care?

The school office can provide further information about S4YC, including current booking arrangements, availability and how to contact the provider.

Please be aware that wraparound childcare is provided by S4YC and is separate from the school's own lunchtime and after-school clubs. They also provide a holiday club which runs throughout the year.
